2009 Hyundai Accent

Accent enters 2009 an improved weapon against soaring gas prices, with the popular automatic transmission model achieving a 35 MPG EPA highway rating. Smart engineering enhancements to the Accent's engine, transmission, tire pressure, powertrain management system and power steering pump improve fuel efficiency by up to eight percent. With the addition of a 2008 J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Award to the trophy case, the Accent is better equipped than ever to meet the requirements of the entry-segment buyer.

Cruise control also makes its debut on Accent, which helps drivers keep the throttle constant for improved fuel economy and reduced emissions making the Accent an even 'greener' option for 2009. More Details
